A belated but heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited artist studios on this year’s Damascus Open Studios tour. Even on Saturday, during downpours, we had a steady stream of enthusiastic, even if cold and wet, visitors. It was great to see old and new friends, those who were following me for years and those who just discovered the tour and its talented artists. What an amazing weekend it was!
And as an extra delight for me, “Explorer” found his loving human. His friends from this series went to forever homes many years ago, and now he did too.
